Do I have to do extra maintenance in order to maintain my Lifetime Warranty status?
At Regal Kia simply ask that you follow Kia’s Recommended Maintenance procedures located in your new Kia’s owner’s manual and have documentation of the services performed.
What if I have my new Kia serviced somewhere other than Regal?
Your warranty still works so long as you’ve been keeping up with the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance and keep your service and repair records up to date.
Who else will honor my Lifetime Warranty?
If I choose to someday sell my new Kia from Regal, does my warranty transfer to the new owner?
Regal Kia’s Lifetime Warranty guarantee is limited to the original owner, and is non-transferrable.
Could you clarify what is specifically covered under the Regal Lifetime Warranty?
Our Lifetime Warranty covers the Factory “Powertrain” which includes the following, with proper care of your vehicle.
Cylinder block and head and all internal parts, intake manifold, timing gears and gaskets, timing chain/belt and cover, flywheel, valve covers, oil pan, oil pump, engine mounts, turbocharger housing and all internal parts, supercharging housing and all internal parts, engine control computer, water pump, fuel pump, seals and gaskets.
Case and all internal parts, torque converter, clutch cover, transmission mounts, transfer case and all internal parts, engine control computer, seals and gaskets.
Final drive housing and all internal parts, axle shafts, drive shaft, constant velocity joints, front hub and bearings, seals and gaskets.
Axle housing and all internal parts, propeller shaft, u-joints, axle shaft, drive shaft, bearing, supports, seals and gaskets.
