The car was in for it's first oil change for a new kia teleuride. The service advisor, Kelsey, was the best. She helped me with my cracked windshield and scheduled the oil change. You are lucky to have such a great service advisor as Kelsey, but still waiting for the windshield to come in. The oil change went smooth, except some one wiped down the inside of the car with a dirty rag, I had to redo it.
By far the best experience ever at a dealership made sure I left with a smile on my face and in a brand new car thank you

Good afternoon Misty was very knowledgeable,patient and friendly. A ride was provided for me. Once my car was look over I received a text from kia. I phone Missy we discussed what my car needed. I gave her the green light. Once it was completed the ride came back and Pick me up. Missy walk with me the the friendly cashier she cash me out and I was on my way.. I appreciate the staff there. Just bought my car in April I knew it was to early to refinance. But your employee tried anyway. I was given the answer I already knew. Sometimes it's best to do some homework first. Makes you look pushy.

Regal Kia has the best customer service in the auto dealership category that I have dealt with in my opinion. It was easy to make an appointment at a convenient time within the same week I called. Upon arrival, I was assigned an adviser who gave me their cell number to text while I waited if I needed anything or had questions. The service is great ! Have not been disappointed. Only suggestion I have is turn back the automatic lights. The last 2 times I have come they got turned off and then when it was dark I didn’t realize it and drove a bit in the dark.
